I get it. Donuts are amazing. An occasional sleeve of Oreos, bag of Rolos or salty delicious-ness of any kind can hit the spot, right when we need it.
It's what happens AFTER that we don't need. The Bloating, The Weight Gain, The Negative Body Image, Guilt & Un-healthy cycle that ensues afterwards. I don't believe in deprivation or punishment when it comes to dieting. I believe that everyone has foods that make their body "Happy" & foods that don't.
